Last Saturday it was cool, clouding up, and preparing to rain. This Saturday it was 98 degrees Farenheit (67 degrees Celsius). Kenny played too hard outside with a friend, got overheated, and got sick. I brought home a ton of work from the office. The house needs cleaning. Altogether, it was shaping up to be a miserable day. But then, Alice (our postal delivery gal) honked her horn and I went outside to receive this......
It's the latest edition from Blue Moon Fiber Arts Rockin' Sock Club!

Greetings, great site, thanks for visiting us knitiots of stockton
:-)
I found it just a bit Ironic that you commented on my asparagus theme post and your site is called Quail Hill knits. I live on Quail Lakes Dr. Also love STR yarn. If you don't mind I would like to add a link to your site from ours. Stay in touch and happy knitting!!!
Beautiful yarn! I've never bought any yarn from them but now I'm going to have to!
I have never seen a quail where I live either. Lot's of ducks, geese, and I have a pair of morning doves I feed on my patio every day. I am very envious (another green thing)LOL of the fact that you spin. I have been playing with the idea for months now but really don't know where to start. I have knitted since I was 5 and am now shhhhh (47) and feel that I just have to try spinning. Can you share with me a bit about how you started and what it takes to get started? Thanks so much.
yeah for blue moon! they went over the top with this edition.
