Can't Get Enough of Banana Slugs?

For those residents and visitors to Washington State who can't get enough of Banana Slugs........

You can now own your very own, hand blown glass version!

Dan though it was cute. I'm just not sure what I am going to do with a glass slug.........

Too funny! LOL...Where did you guys find that? I bet my dad would love it. We once gave him a slug cookbook for Father's Day!

Lovely! I think it should inspire you to knit a banana slug! :)

Those things totally creep me out in a way that I will be visiting your page several times today to creep myself out. *shudder*

We love banana slugs, too. Upon finding them at our favorite place on earth, I will photograph them incessantly and the kids will do gross things (like kissing them) to encourage more photography. Hilarious.

Those things are way too creepy, but I kind of like the glass version! Your afghan is looking really great!

The blown glass one is EVER so much more attractive than the live ones!

The first time I saw banana slugs, I had moved to Germany, which has weather similar to WA, from sunny California. I kept seeing these brown things on the walking trails and thinking, "why does everyone keep letting their dogs poop on the trail?" Never figured it out until I moved to WA and saw an identical "poop" moving! Yes, I'm a quick one....:p

Ick. Those pictures actually sent a shiver through my whole body. Or is is a shudder? Either way, they're just giant, slithering boogers, aren't they?

I have a wooden fridge magnet one. I'll never forget the footlong one I saw in real life on one of the gulf islands,

I'll wager they taste like chicken, although I don't care to find out.
